Yoga & The Art of LivingSaturday, March 1312:30-3:30pw/ Cindy & BelindaYogasource - Los Gatos$55Your Life Your Most Intimate Work of Art! We are living in a "Time of Awakening" - this calls for feeling fully alive, authentic and experiencing more joy and personal fulfillment. We are co-creating a blueprint for a meaningful - happy life and in charge of our destiny by choosing our State of Being regardless of circumstances. The traditional wisdom of yoga offers us tools to turn stress, overwhelm and our limiting beliefs and mind maps into higher states of integration through Asanas (yoga poses), and going beyond our resistance into relaxation and the yoga of self-inquiry. In this workshop, we will look at life through the poses, breath work, flowing movement and meditation to examine how our mind creates much of what we experience. Through Vinyasa, Kundalini & Therapeutic Yoga, we will explore old habits of thought, belief and body posture and replace them with positive, loving and affirming thought patterns and body awareness. All levels of Practice Experience in Vinyasa Helpful.Yogi sisters Cindy & Belinda have been teaching Yoga & Meditation in the bay area for over 20 years. Surprisingly their teaching style and philosophy of life is quite similar. Eclectic in many ways, their classes contain elements from many styles of Yoga, tons of wisdom, philosophy and tid bits of info pertaining to health, lifestyle, love and relationship. Their classes are soulful, at times funny, wacky and really wonderful.

What if...
What if our religion was each other
If our practice was our life
If prayer, our words
What if the temple was the earth
If forests were our church
If holy water the rivers, lakes and oceans
What if meditation was our relationships
If the Teacher was life
If wisdom was self-knowledge
If love was the center of our being.
